Ple ase make sure yo ur A nroid mobilephone supports OTG func on, or it could be the Android ver sion being old not the latest. Pis confirm it's Android 4.3 or above .

Please chec k whether it's the speakers volume being too low or they are not correctly connected.lf the problem s li ex ist a er checking the music system is all connected in correct
form, the speakers need to be replaced.

The power supply is not plugged in correctly. lf confirm there is something wrong with the power supply, it needs to be replaced. Or if the power supply is in good condi on, then it's
likely that there is a problem with the dev ic e, it would have to be replaced.

Advice
Please unplug and plug the power supply and try again. iphone/ipod/Android phone/USB/AUX is not plugged in correctly.

Please do not press too hard on the touch bu on and check whether if there is any obstacle or water on top of the bu on, and try to unplug and plug the power supply and try again.

-In mode of BIuetooth not able to connect the device to the audio player.
Advice
Please turn off the bluetooth connec on between audio player and the device like lphone/lpad/Android phone etc (within connec ng distance) that has been already connected to the
audio player, then turn on the bluetooth of another device thai you want to connect to the audioplayer, search for "MS003",the name of the audio player, and click to connect it. Please
make sure the connec ng distance is whithin 10 meters, and avoid the wall and the corners when trying to connect ilto the audio player.
8.FAQ
-AUX not able to work
Advice
Please check the volume of the audio dev ice,T V or the phone and whether it's playing music normally, and see whether the audio cabie is plugged in correctly.
