Provides AC regulation for a continuous output of 230 VAC (+/- 3.0V typically) with an input voltage
range of 213VAC to 245VAC. The SPR-16 E will function very well outside of its optimal voltage (capture
range), but the regulation will not be held to +/- 3V.
