Setup values remain stored even after turning off the device and are restored
when resuming operation.
The counter value is not stored.
Fault diagnosis
The illuminated area remains dark, even though the device was
connected to the mains and switched on.
If the counts of the control unit lights, check if brightness is set in a mode
value greater than zero. If the counting unit is dark too, check the fuse and
replace it with a similar model.
The counter does not count, or only rarely when marking the colonies.
When the counter is not responding even at very high sensitivity to pressure,
there is probably a defect of the device.
