The locker key is an authentication key required when using the Fulltime Locker. Before using the locker, be sure to confirm
that the locker key is registered. If it is not registered yet, register it.
What is the POSTAKU?
About the locker key
The POSTAKU is a home-delivery locker that receives
parcels delivered during your absence and allows you to
take them out anytime.
To use the home-delivery box, the locker key must be
registered.
There are two locker types: Double-sided operation type
and single-sided operation type.
To request delivery, you may need to apply separately.
In this case, the resolution must be proposed by the
board of directors. For details, contact your administra-
tor.
Only compatible models can be set up. The life care
registration feature cannot be used on incompatible
models.
You can request laundry service or sending parcel
You can request to deliver parcels anytime (24/7) using the
locker key.
You can set up that parcels are put in the lower locker
If you are a wheelchair user or find it inconvenient to take
out parcels from high boxes, you can use the life care
registration feature to set up that parcels are checked in to
the low boxes only.

Double-sided operation type:
Delivery operators can only check in parcels from the
check-in side. Parcels can be taken out both from the
check-in side and from the take-out side. Residents
can check in parcels both from the check-in side and
from the take-out side.

Single-sided operation type:
Parcels can only be checked in and taken out from a
single side.
•
Authenticate the locker key using the key to take out
a parcel. If “ お客様宛ての荷物はございません ” (No parcel)
is displayed on the panel, the locker can be used. If
“ このカードは登録されていません ” (Not registered) is
displayed, the locker cannot be used. Register the
Fulltime Locker.

If the locker key is lost, contact the administrator
immediately. In addition, when you leave the
residence, return the FTS card and FTS ic key to the
administrator.

Please note that an issue fee will apply for reissue or
additional issue when the FTS card or FTS ic key is
lost or damaged.

There are following three types of locker keys:

FTS card: A magnetic card issued from the FTS
control center.

FTS ic key: A contactless iC key issued from
the FTS control center. The key includes the
FTS ic card, FTS ic key holder, FTS ic key
head, etc.

Contactless key/Contactless iC card: You can
use the contactless key/contactless iC card
used for your residence as the locker key.

The door opens automatically.
Stay at least 70cm away from
the locker to prevent your
head or face from being hit by
the door when taking out your
parcel.
•
Call attention to prevent
anyone from getting closer to
the locker during your
operation.
•
Do not push a package with
force into the locker since
pushing a parcel larger than
the size of the box may
damage the door.
•
Be careful not to drop a
parcel on your foot when
taking it out of the locker.
•
Be careful not to get
complicated packaging or a
band caught on the rugged
parts, and slowly take the
parcel out of the locker.
•
Do not hang from the door,
pull the door or forcibly open
the door wider than 90°.
•
Do not place your foot on an
open door or hang something
from the door.
•
The Fulltime Locker is a
precision machine. Do not
handle roughly.
•
Do not play with the locker.
Otherwise, it may damage the
locker.
•
Do not get closer to the
locker when a worker is
engaging in an inspection/
maintenance work.
•
Especially, keep children away
from the locker during
inspection/maintenance work.
•
Do not try to go inside the
locker.
•
When you see a child trying to
go inside, be sure to give
attention to the child.
•
Be careful not to be hit with
the corner or the edge of the
open door.
•
Pay extra attention when
grabbing a parcel taken out of
the locker afresh or when
multiple doors are open.
•
Do not put a fresh and
perishable good or any animal
in the locker.
•
Do not put in hazardous
substances or drugs that may
cause ignition, explosion, etc.
