Battery Mark
The battery capacity can be verified by the battery mark on the upper part of the display.
During AC power operation, an AC power mark will be displayed instead of a battery mark.

AC power operation
CAUTION

When the battery charging duration becomes short, the battery
needs to be replaced. (Indication for battery replacement is about 2
years of usage, or 300 times of charging/discharging.)

needs to be replaced.
Battery Charging
Connecting the power cable to the hospital grade outlet with the battery installed will start the
charging. During charging, the battery lamp lights in red. When the lamp turns to green, the
charging is complete.
Operating the monitor with the AC supply allows monitoring the physiological information while
charging the battery.
The following are the charging duration to fully charge an empty battery.

CAUTION
l
Repeated charging within short duration will cause the battery
temperature to rise and may stop the charging procedure for safety
purpose until the battery temperature decreases.

Repeated charging of fully charged battery within short duration
will cause the battery temperature to rise and degrade the battery.
