Time synchronization

To assure synchronization among partitions, this function synchronizes the partition
times with that of the MMB.

The NTP server function and the NTP client function are used to synchronize
partition times with the MMB time. As shown in

Figure 4.19

, synchronization with

the NTP server time is possible by accessing the external NTP server.
