Display of information/newly arrived information
If there is a notification of failed auto-update of phonebook or saving phonebook, auto-update
of pattern definitions or result of Location request of GPS, it is displayed as information on
stand-by display. And, if there is a record of received mail or missed call, recorded message,
or Voice messages in Voice Mail service center, it is notified as information on the stand-by
display.

for 1 sec. or more : Delete the display of newly arrived information.

When FOMA terminal is folded, newly arrived information appears on the sub-display.
