5.6 USER-LEDs & LC-Display (optional)
Eight LEDs are reserved for user-application. In order to disconnect the LEDs from the
related microcontroller port, the resistor network N1 can be removed. Take care that, in case
of asynchronous programming, the low-level of P30 and P31 is reached by the resistor-
network N1 and the LEDs D1/D2. If N1 is removed in order to free the Port, then P30 and
P31 have to be connected manually to GND. See chapter 4 for more details.
Instead of the user-LEDs one alphanumeric LC-Display (optional) can be connected.
The following control-signals are reserved:
