Connecting cables to the monitor
The monitor ports are protected by a cover.
Information on the computer connections and interfaces is contained in the
operating manual for the computer.

1 = Power connector
2 = AUDIO-IN socket
3 = HDMI socket
4 = DVI-D socket (DVI)
5 = D-SUB socket (VGA)
6 = Security slot for the "Kensington Lock"

Remove the cover.
►
Select the data cable which is suitable for your computer.
►
Insert the data cable connector into the D-SUB socket (5) of the monitor.
Alternatively, select one of the other data cables and secure the socket
connection by tightening the retention screws.

Insert one connector of the audio line in the AUDIO IN (2) socket on the
monitor and make sure it is properly engaged.
►
Plug the power cable supplied into the power socket (1) of the monitor.
►
Secure the cover over the connections.
A lock (Kensington Lock) can be mounted in the security slot to protect the monitor
from theft. A Kensington Lock is not included with the monitor at delivery.
