Detaching Cleaning Parts

Oil receiving cover

Grasp the oil receiving cover with one hand at 
each end. Pull the top of the cover out and down, 
and then lift the bottom of the cover to detach it 
from the body.

Oil tray

Hold the oil tray at its tab and slide forward.

Note

In order not to drop the rectifier panel, hold it by both 
hands securely. If dropped, it may be a cause of injury, 
flaw or warp of parts, etc.

Note

The tray may be filled with oil,

 

so be careful when 

removing it.

Rectifier panel

Loosen the rectifier panel screws attaching the 
rectifier panel, move the rectifier panel upward 
slightly to free the rectifier panel screws from the 
rectifier panel mounting guide holes and the body 
catches.

Note

Be sure to hold the 

baffle

 filter with hand when 

removing it. Otherwise, it may drop and result in injury.

Baffle filter

Remove each filter screw fixing the baffle filters 
by turning in the counterclockwise direction and 
remove the baffle filters.

Baffle Filter and Oil Tray

After immersing the baffle filter and oil tray in a tepid 
water with a neutral detergent dissolved for 30 to 40 
minutes, wash them with a toothbrush or the like to 
remove dirt.

Cleaning

Note

 Baffle filters can be separated into 2 parts to make 

cleaning easier.
* Make sure to re-assemble the baffle filters filmly 

before install the filter to the hood.

 Oil may not be collected to the oil tray in the short 

period of time depending on oil cooking frequencies 
(it’s not defects or failure).

Enclosure and Rectifier Panel

After wiping the cooker hood enclosure and rectifier 
panel with a cloth immersed in a neutral detergent 
and wring tightly, wipe off moisture thoroughly with a 
dry cloth.

Note

When cleaning the rectifier panel, perform it on a flat 
surface in order not to deform it.

Guard

After wiping out the guard with a cloth immersed in a 
neutral detergent and wring tightly, wipe off moisture 
thoroughly with a dry cloth.

Fan

As for cleaning of the fan, please consult 
Fujioh/Agent.
