Cleaning and disinfecting the stand or Triple Transducer Connect (TTC)
To clean and disinfect the stand or TTC
You can clean and disinfect the exterior surface of the stand or TTC using a recommended cleaner or
disinfectant.
1 Do one of the following:

If cleaning the stand, unplug the power supply, detach any cables from the system, and remove the
system.

If cleaning the TTC, remove it from the system platform.
2 Clean the surfaces using a soft cloth lightly dampened in a mild soap or detergent cleaning solution.
Apply the solution to the cloth rather than the surface.
3 Wipe the surfaces with the disinfecting solution. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the disinfecting
solution, including exposure time and temperature for effective disinfection.
4 Air dry or towel dry with a clean cloth.
Cleaning the footswitch
To clean the footswitch
Use the disinfecting recommendations in the peripheral manufacturer’s instructions when disinfecting the
footswitch.
1 Dampen a non-abrasive cloth with a recommended cleaner or disinfectant.
2 Wring out cloth until slightly wet and then gently rub soiled area until clean.
Caution To avoid damaging the footswitch, do not sterilize. It is not intended for use in a
sterile environment.
