Flash control mode
The fl ash control mode selected with the fl ash unit. This can
in some cases be adjusted from the camera; the options avail-
able vary with the fl ash.

TTL
: TTL mode. Adjust fl ash compensation (

: The fl ash fi res at the selected output regardless of subject
brightness or camera settings. Output in some cases can be
adjusted from the camera (

).

MULTI
: Repeating fl ash. Compatible shoe-mounted fl ash
units will fi re multiple times with each shot.
•
D
(OFF)
: The fl ash does not fi re. Some fl ash units can be
turned off from the camera.
