3. Wiring
3.1 ねじ端子
(1) 端子ねじは，M3.5のプラスマイナスねじです。圧着端子を
使用して配線してください。
(2) 端子用ワッシャは，セルフアップです。
(3) 0.8～1.0N･m の締付トルクで端子ねじを締めつけてください。
(4) 配線作業時や配線後に，接点部に外力が掛からないように
してください。動作不良などの原因となる可能性があります。
3.2 はんだ端子（タブ端子）
(1) はんだ作業は，次の点にご注意ください。
・
はんだゴテの消費電力は，30W以下
・
はんだの種類は，ヤニ入りハンダ
・
はんだ付け時間は，30Wの時5秒以内, 20Wの時10秒以内で作業を行ってください。
なお，はんだ付け作業は，はんだゴテのコテ先長さが20mm以上のもので行い，配線時端子
に外力が加わらないようにしてください。また端子が冷えるまで外力を加えないでください。
(2) 隣接する端子を使う場合，短絡を防ぐ絶縁チュ－ブを使用して絶縁を確保してください。
・
はんだ端子に於ては，特に太い線を接続したり，はんだ量が多い場合に注意が必要となります。
(3) 接続可能電線
単 線 最大 φ0.8 2本

(4) タブ端子は，110（2.8mm）シリーズのリセプタクルをご使用ください。
(5) 配線にタブ端子を使用する場合は，接触部ユニットは，本体に取り付けた状態で接続して
ください。

3.1 Screw terminal
(1) M3.5 terminal screws are used. Use the crimp-type terminal for wiring.
(2) The self-lifting terminal washer is used.
(3) Tighten the terminal screw with the tightening torque 0.8 to 1.0 N

m.
(4) Exercise care so that no mechanical force is applied to the contact
block while wiring or after it has been completed. Operation problems
may result later.
3.2 Soldered terminal (tab terminal)
(1) When soldering wires, note the following :
Use a soldering iron rated at 30W or less.
Use resin flux cored solder.
Complete soldering with in five seconds for a soldering iron rated at 30W or ten seconds for
the one rated at 20W. Use a soldering iron with a 20mm or longer but.
Be careful not to bend a terminal when soldering it until it has cooled.
(2) When soldering a wire to a terminal adjacent to another, use an insulating tube to prevent a
solder bridge. For a soldering-type terminal, use a wire of the specified thickness and apply
an appropriate amount of solder.
(3) Connectable wires
Solid wire : 0.8mm dia. max. (up to two wires)
Stranded wire : 0.75mm

(4) For the tab terminal, use the 110 Series (2.8mm) receptacle.
(5) When the tab terminal is used for wiring, connect it with the contact unit mounted on the
switch’s main body.

Be sure to turn off power before mounting, removing, wiring, or maintenance.
Failure to do so may result in electric shock or burn injury caused by short circuit accident.

Select wire of size suitable for applied voltage and current carrying capacity. Tighten screw
with tightening torque specified on this instruction sheet. Failure to do so may result in fire.

取付け，取外し，配線作業および保守・点検の際は必ず電源を切ってから行ってください。
感電および短絡による火傷のおそれがあります。

配線は印加電圧・通電電流に適した電線サイズを使用し取扱説明書に規定されたトルク
で締付けてください。焼損のおそれがあります。
2.3.1 Mounting the switch on the panel
(1)

Turn the ball to remove it from the operation unit.
・
When lock mechanism is used, loosen and remove the nut as it is. (Be careful not to lose
any parts removed.)
・
When no lock mechanism is used, with part A (see the figure below) of the packing stretched
up the groove, loosen and remove the nut.
・
For mounting on the panel, do it in reverse order to the above while setting the packing up to
the
reference line that is shown in the figure below. (Do not separate the nut and packing from each other.)
・
Use a torque wrench AR9A006 to tighten the nut from the front of the panel.
Note : Recommended tightening a torque is 1 to 1.5 N

Loosen and remove the nut as it is, whether or not the lock mechanism is used.
・
When the lock mechanism is used, set the packing at the position shown in the figure below.
(Do not rearrange the packing mounted on the switch.)
・
Use a torque wrench AHX001 to tighten the nut from the front of the panel.
Note : Recommended tightening a torque is 1.5 to 2.5 N

m.
4．使用上のご注意
4.1 操作について
操作レバーには，必要以上の操作力を加えないでください。（100Ｎ以下）
4.2 接点ブロックの使用について
同一接点ブロックの a, b接点を使用する際，異電位となる接続および異種の電源の接続は
避けてください。
4.3 保管および使用場所
(1) 定格表示の使用周囲温度，湿度範囲内にてお願いします。
(2) 屋外では，使用しないでください。
(3) 本製品は，保護構造が防油形となっていますが，これらは一般に使用されている切削油，
冷却油については評価しております。なお，特殊な油に関しては使用できない場合があり
ますので詳細はお問い合わせください。
4.4 接点ユニットについて
接点ユニットは，防水，防油形になっておりませんので，液体などがかからないように注意し
てください。また，切粉などが入らぬよう，ご注意願います。
5．短絡保護について（EN60947-5-1準拠）
接点の保護協調を必要とする場合は，当社の栓形ヒュ－ズ1A (形式：BLA001)以下のものを
選定してください。
4. Note on use
4.1 Note on operation
Do not apply too much (100N or less) force on the operation lever.
4.2 Note on using switch contacts
When using the N.O and N.C contacts of the same contact block unit, do not connect these
contacts directly to different power potentials. Do not connect these contacts to different power
supply voltages.
4.3 Storage and place to use
(1) The rated ambient temperature and humidity ranges must be observed.
(2) Avoid using outdoors.
(3) This product is designed to have oil-tight construction (IP65).
All the switches have been evaluated for cutting oil and cooling oil that are generally used.
It may not be able to use special oil for some switches. For details, contact Fuji Electric FA.

For Use on a Flat Surface of a Type 1 Enclosre.
4.4 Contact unit
The contact block does not have waterproof or oil-proof construction. Take care that liquid,
metallic machining chips, or other foreign matter do not penetrate the contact block.
5. Short-circuit protection (conforming to EN60947-5-1)
If coordinative protection is required for the contacts, use Fuji plug-in type fuse of 1 ampere
rating (type BLA001) or smaller.
(2) φ30シリ－ズ
・
ロック付, ロック無いずれの場合も，そのまま締付リング
を緩めて取り外してください。
・
ロック無の場合パッキンは，図の位置にセットして
ご使用ください。
（本体に取り付けてあるパッキンは組み換えしなで
ください。）
・
パネル前面から締付レンチ（AHX001）により，
締付リングで固定してください。
（注）締付リングの適正締付トルクは，
1.5～2.5N
