Select [System Administrator’s Passcode].

Enter a new passcode (4 to 12
digits) in [New Password/
Passcode], and select [Next].

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to reenter the same passcode.

Login Type
Allows you to select a type of authentication.
No Login Required
Does not authenticate users.
Login to Local Accounts
Authenticates users based on the Accounting settings.
Login to Remote Accounts
Authenticates users with a remote authentication server.
Access Control
Device Access
Allows you to limit operation of the buttons on the control panel of the machine.
Select [Unlocked] or [Locked].
Service Access
Allows you to limit access to each of the following services.

Copy
Limits access to the Copy service on the machine. The use of stored programs that contain
steps to use the Copy service is also limited.
