Valves control
In order to optimize the speed of the lift, valves control has to be set in the following way:
•
UP direction travel: Valve has to be
opened during all travel
. Flowing of oil to piston has not to be
limited. Inverter will modify the speed of the pump, and consequently the speed of the lift.
•
DOWN direction travel: No modification on controller side. Same philosophy than a classic hydraulic
lift can be used. Inverter is not working during DOWN direction travel.
•
MAINTENANCE travel: Same philosophy than UP/DOWN travel. Speed is controlled by inverter in
UP direction, valve control during DOWN direction.
Following signals have to be given to the inverter from the controller:
•
UP direction signal.
•
HIGH SPEED signal.
•
LOW SPEED signal.
•
MAINTENANCE SPEED signal.
•
Safety chain signal.
