NOTE!
Perform daily visual inspection!
Daily visual inspection is mandatory.
► The interface between the torch body and the torch hosepack must be clean, dry, and
free from grease and mechanical damage such as scratches or scoring.
If coolant leaks:

Check all coolant-carrying components

If necessary, change the water stops on the torch body

Check that O-rings are intact and greased;
If necessary, replace and grease the O-rings.

Check the position of the robot in relation to the torch-body rack according to the pro

gram sequence.
