6.5 Electrical connection

When working on electrical components:

When work is carried out on electrical components:

Always have work carried out by a qualified electrician

Observe the applicable standards and regulations

Work must not be carried out on electrical components by unauthorised persons
CAUTION
If cables come into contact with hot surfaces:
Possible fire hazard of the system and electric shock!
The following applies to assembly work:
r
Keep cables away from boiler components that become hot during operation (e.g.
stoker duct, inspection cover, flue gas pipe, ash removal, etc.)
r
Lay cables in the cable ducts provided and use cable ties to secure against slipping
Prepare the plug
some components come ready to connect with the cable fixed to the tag connector with
cable tie.

Remove the cable ties from the tag connector
r
Bind the individual cores together with cable ties (A)
