1. Make sure that the equipment is installed with a recommended inclination of 2% towards the door, to help
drain the condensation water during defrosting
as per the installation check list
The condensate evaporation trayis positioned in front of the evaporator unit, so the equipment must be inclined towards the
door to allow the water to exit the collection bowl placed under the evaporator
If the equipment is perfectly levelled or worse inclined towards the back, water and ice may
overflow inside the cell from the air intake duct
2. Check that the evaporator protective casing is well attached to the gasket and that there is no
condensate around its perimeter
Close any slots with sealant, especially near the outlet of electrical cables and pipes
If necessary, remove the cover, replace the gasket at the base and the interlocking gasket of
the cover itself. Adequately tighten the locking belt
3. Check that the evaporator is not packed with ice
4. Check that the product is positioned below the maximum limit allowed in
height to ensure correct air circulation
The products must always be stored on shelves; do not load products on the bottom of the cell
The products must be loaded in a way that allows free air flow
Leave free spaces between the products and do not make them touch the
walls, if necessary change the distance between the shelves
