seconds you can hear an acoustic signal (beep) until the
styling iron has reached its operating temperature. When
the operating temperature has been reached, you can
hear a double acoustic signal (double beep) and the LED
is lit in red without interruptions.
To switch off the styling iron, move the ON/OFF switch
to the position marked ‘OFF’ and unplug the styling iron
from the mains supply.
As a safety precaution, the styling iron switches off auto-
matically if it is not in use for 30 minutes. Nevertheless,
if the styling iron is not in use, it must always be swit-
ched off and unplugged from the mains supply.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To ensure optimum performance of your Fripac Mondial
styling iron, the plates should be cleaned regularly.
Before cleaning, ensure that the styling iron is switched
off and has cooled down. Unplug the styling iron from the
mains supply before cleaning.
Use a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to clean the
plates. Do not apply the cleaning agent directly onto the
plates, but onto the cloth.
To clean the housing use a moist cloth without alcohol.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents that may damage
the plates.
