POSSIBLE REASONS
HANDLING
The unit does not cool
properly or does not cool
at all. The products are
warm.
It is more than 6 months since
the condenser was last
cleaned.
Repair the leakage (this type of
repair should be performed by an
authorised technician).
The ICM is loaded in such a
way that the air-circulation is
blocked.
Load the ICM according to the
standards you have been provided
with by the company.
The door has been left open
for too long.
Check regularly that the door is
properly closed.
The door does not seal
properly.
Repair the door (this type of repair
should be performed by an
authorised technician).
Ice on the evaporator.
Defrost the unit by unplugging it
until the ice melts.
Leakage in the cooling system.
Repair leakage (This type of repair
should be performed by an
authorised technician).
The ICM sometimes
makes noise.
This ICM uses a powerful
mechanism and consequently
a certain amount of noise
cannot be avoided.
Intense metallic noise.
Contact the service provider.
Inclined or curved floor.
Level the ICM properly by
adjusting the levelling feet.
Warm air is coming out
of the bottom of the
cabinet.
This is normal. It’s just the air that warms up as it passes through the
condenser. Use the back spacer for better flow.
The lights don’t work.
The LEDs or power supply are
out of order.
Contact the service provider.
Smoke or burning smell
comes out off the unit.
UNPLUG THE UNIT FROM THE WALL SOCKET IMMEDIATELY
AND CONTACT THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
There is water on the
floor.
The drainage hose for
condensed water is out of the
tray.
Contact the service provider.
If after all the above-mentioned checks the problem with your ICM remains, contact the customer
service department of your supplier and provide the following information:

Serial number of the ICM
Brief description of the problem / observation
