Door lock control
1. For locks, when power hasn't started, if the door lock is closed, will open
the door lock.
2. After press start button, washing process door lock open, spin process
door lock close.
3. When mistakes or pause(include E1,E2,E4),door
lock

Unbalanced rectification process
Unbalanced operating signal means the high level signal of the door switch is
between 50ms and 300ms, when
the
signal
is
over
300ms, the
door
will
be
opened, at
that
time
，
it
is
determined
by
PLC
．
According
to
the
different
water
washing
Settings
，
among
Bump
barrel
water
level
balance
，
balance
washing
time
，
bump
barrels
of
balance
time
and
rhythm
wash
are
different
．
Automatic jump electricity process:
1. Computer board will automatically cut off if the PCB with power not start in
10’(Other key operation will not impact)
2. Computer board will automatically cut off if continuous suspended reach 1h
in Program running.
3. Computer board will automatically cut off if encounter various faults and
alarm, alarming reach 1h and don’t deal with it in Program running.
4. Each program including combo program running ended, automatically cut
off power supply.
5. The procedure in the "end check" finished, automatically cut off power
supply.
Dry tune
Display and buzzing check
Press Lid lock and pause/start key, switch on, buzzing one time. If not press
Custom program in 3S, after 3S, buzzing three times, then automatic jump
electricity.
Washing check
Press Lid lock button and pause/start key, switch on. Press Lid lock button
during 3S,turn into washing check.
After 3S, act according to the standard beat water for 3 minutes. Three minutes
after the wash, buzzing six times, automatic jump electricity.
Washing process, click the Lid lock button again, then enter spin test
condition.
spin check
Press Lid lock and pause/start key, switch on. Press “Lid lock” button two
times during 3S, then enter spin check.
Delay 3 seconds later, drain valve opens, 5 seconds after the drainage open, 2
seconds later, corotation turning on, long spin for 150S,turn off corotation,
enter 25 seconds used spin, used spin finished, turn off drainage valves, delay
3 seconds closed on drainage, Wait 10 seconds after the brakes, buzzing six
times, automatic jump electricity.
Long spin process, if detected bump canister signals are produce immediate
bump canister alarm. The door switch operation and start/pause key influence
is the same as the state of normal spin.
During spin, press Lid lock key again, return to original state.
Dry tune spin door lock will be locked during dry tune process. Other times
opened.
Flooding water check
Press Lid lock key, power on again, then entry into inlet valve check.
Open cold and hot water 1Min,wash time display 1 and shining, turn off all
exportation, process finished after six times buzzing. In entire project only
start\pause button can play a role.
