CHOOSE FAN

Note: Use this function only when cooling is not desired,

such as for room air circulation or to exhaust stale air on

some models. You can choose any fan speed you

prefer. (Except “Auto Fan”).

During this function, display will only show the actual

room temperature and the set temperature can not be

changed.

Note: In this mode, the fan remains on all the time with the

compressor cycling on and off when room temperature is

reached.

DO THIS:

PRESS

CHOOSE COOL

DO THIS:

PRESS

MODE BUTTON

The unit is factory set to run in eco (energy saver) mode.

We recommend leaving the unit in eco mode to help save

energy and money. However, if you would like to switch

out of eco mode, touch the button until another mode

is selected.

In eco mode, the fan will continue to run for 3 minute after

the compressor shuts off. The fan then cycles on for 90

seconds at 10 minute intervals until the room temperature

is above the set temperature, at which time the compressor

turns back on.

ECO (ENERGY SAVER) MODE:

NOTE:

Please note, that if the unit is changed to 'cool' or 'fan' mode then shut off, the unit will turn back on in eco mode. This is

mandatory per government regulations. If the unit is changed to 'cool' or 'fan' mode and a power failure occurs, once the

power is restored the unit will return to 'cool' or 'fan' mode.
