FAQs
What does the alarm or “buzzer sound” mean?
If the temperature inside the cabinet gets warmer, the
High Temp
alert will sound. It’s best to
make sure your refrigerator is on a level surface, and the door closes freely and with a proper
seal. Once you close the refrigerator door, leave it closed so the refrigerator temperature can
decrease. If this does not correct the issue, check your Use & Care Guide for information on
how to reset the alarm.
The refrigerator temperature is warmer than preferred. What’s wrong?
If the refrigerator temperature is warmer than you’d like, adjust the control to a colder
setting until the refrigerator temperature is satisfactory. Allow 24 hours for the temperature
to stabilize.
Why does my refrigerator make noise or vibrate?
If your refrigerator is vibrating or rattling, check the below:
1. Install the appliance on a floor that is level and strong enough to support a fully
loaded appliance.
Adjust the anti-tip bracket. See “
Setting the anti-tip bracket
” in
the
INSTALLATION
section of your Use & Care Guide.
2. Check to see if the refrigerator is touching the wall.
If so, move it slightly.
3. Remove any items that are on top of the refrigerator.
4. Check items inside the refrigerator.
It is normal for items inside the refrigerator to vibrate
somewhat. If it seems they’re vibrating too much, try moving the refrigerator slightly.
