Application area
Jaguar is a range of portable fan heaters with
exclusive design and built-in timer.
Fan heater Jaguar blends well into the
environment with the stylish casing and quiet fan
without compromising performance.
Jaguar is suitable for temporary or permanent
heating in stores, showrooms, offices etc. where
additional heat is needed.
Jaguar can also be mounted on the wall with a
wall bracket (bracket is extra).
Protection class: IPX4. Approved by SEMKO
and CE compliant. Casing in silver, grille and
bracket: RAL 3020 (red).
Operation
Before use, ensure that the overheat protection
has not triggered during transport. See Figure 3.
Jaguar has a built-in variable thermostat with
setting range +4°C – +40°C and timer with start
delay (0-24 hours).
Mounting
Jaguar can be mounted permanently on the wall
or be used as a portable fan heater. The rails
make the fan heater steady when used as a
portable fan heater.
The bracket (extra) allows Jaguar to be
mounted on the wall at different angles; sideways
+/- 30° or downwards 7,5°, 15°. See Fig. 4 and 5.

Electrical installation
J3 is delivered with cable and plug to be
connected to an earthed wall socket. J5, J9 and
J15 with cable and connection terminal (CEE).
The electrical installation should be carried
out by a competent electrician in conformity
with prevailing regulations. The appliance should

be preceded by an all-pole switch with at least
3 mm breaking gap. Note! All work inside the
connection area should be carried out by a
qualified technician and with the power off.
When the unit is permanently mounted on the
wall, it can be connected to an external
thermostat. Note minimum distance Fig. 1.
Overheat protection
If the unit is overheated the built-in overheat
protection will trigger off. After the fault has been
rectified and the unit has cooled, the overheat
protection is reset by pressing the button on the
top of the unit. See Fig. 3.
Maintenance
The units normally don’t need any maintenance,
but inspection and a regular cleaning of grille
and fan is recommended.
Safety
• The unit may not be used in the immediate
vicinity of bath tubs, showers, wash basins or
swimming pools.
• The unit has hot surfaces during operation.
• The unit should not be mounted close to
inflammable materials.
• The unit may not be partially or completely
covered by clothes or similar materials, as
overheating may result in a risk of fire.
• The unit should not be positioned directly
below a wall socket supply.
• Make sure the voltage match that indicated
on the rating plate.
• The unit may only be repaired by a
competent electrician.
• Regularly check the cable for damage. Never
put the cable in front of the grille, never pull
the plug by pulling the cable, never pull the
cable over sharp edges.
