3. AFTER THE WORK ASSIGNMENT
1. Remove the hook blade for safety reasons.
2. Return the sliding carriage to the parking posi-
tion, where it is held by the built-in magnet.
3. Remove the length stop tubes and the adjusting
ring (length stop) and stow them again on the
underside of the unit.
MAINTENANCE
• The sliding carriage is equipped with special
glides and basically works without lubricant.
If the glide carriage gets stuck when moving,
cylinder spray can be applied to the glides on
the right and left of the glide carriage
(see
photos) . Please use very sparingly.
• The slide rail must be as dust-free and free
of contamination as possible and must be
cleaned occasionally. Best to clean it with
a clean brush or blow it out with compres-
sed air.
• When the cutting performance decreases,
please replace the hook blade.*
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always place the device on a flat surface.
• Bring the sliding carriage with the hook
blade into the parking position, where it is
held by the built-in magnet in the area of the
protective bar to prevent cutting injuries.
• Remove the hook blade from the sliding
carriage after use.
• Be generally mindful, especially about cuts!
