of green
coffee
beans
at one
time. 4.5oz

chamber.
The timer is preset at 5.9 minutes.
Under the MODE
display tap the
"HEAT"
button
and press the "RUN
/
COOL" button
once
to
start
the roasting process.
During
roasting,you may press the" RUN
/
COOL"
button
once
to
cool down
th
e
coffee beans.
Aft

r
pressing the
button once again to resume,it
will
roast the remaining time.
Or you may press
and
hold the
button for 3 seconds to
turn
off the
roaster in emergency.
After completion of the roasting
cycle, you can
press the button
once
to roast another
cycle.
The
roasting
time
is the
la
st
memory
setting.
To reset the roaster back to the factory setting
(
i.
e.
5.9 min),
you
have
to plug off the roaster and plug on again.
Allow beans
to cool for the total
3 minutes before removing roast chamber, basket
and
top
ca
p.
Allow beans a minimum
of 3
hour

to
degas
/
cool
before
grindi

and brewing.

I
f
yo
ur
green beans are not fluid/moving
at start-up,
decrease the volume of green beans.
I
f
your
beans are not dark enough
after 5.9
minutes, you
can
add time with
th
e(+)
button
before the machine
goes into the
"COOL"
mode.
Every
time
you
tap the(
+
) button
it
will
add
six
seconds
and the(-) button
will subtract 6 seconds
from the roast
seque
nc
e.
CAUTIO
N: Over roasting beans
can create smoke.
If
this
occurs,
tap the
COOL
button.
Do not
switch
off
or unplug the machine.
