Patient Wear
The Sensor stores your patient’s glucose readings every 15 minutes for up
to 14 days . The first reading is stored 1 hour after the Sensor is successfully
started .
IMPORTANT:
•
The Sensor should not be worn for more than 14 days .
•
Data can be downloaded at anytime from Sensors that are on or off
the body .
•
Before your patient goes home, review and give them the “Living
with Your FreeStyle Libre Pro Sensor” section of the insert in the
Sensor Kit .
CAUTION:
Intense exercise may cause the Sensor to loosen
due to sweat or movement of the Sensor . If the Sensor
becomes loose, the Sensor readings may be unavailable or
unreliable . Your patient should return to your facility for
application of a new Sensor .
