The TWR-K20D72M module features the MK20DX256VLL7.  The Kinetis K20 microcontroller family is 
part of the Kinetis portfolio of devices built around an ARM® Cortex-M4™ core.  Refer to theMK20DX256VLL7 device. MK20DX256VLL7key features:
