ened each time the strength equipment is used. Replace any worn parts immediately.

STORING WEIGHTS 

Store unused weights on the storage bars. 

ADJUSTING THE LEG FRAME

To adust the leg frame, pull the pop pin (not shown)
out as far as it will go. Slide the leg frame into or out
of the base. Engage the pop pin into the leg frame.

WARNING:

Each storage bar can

hold up to 150 pounds (68 kg). Do not place
more than a total of 800 pounds (363 kg),
including a barbell (not included), on the racks
and storage bars. Always place an equal
amount of weight on each side of your barbell.
