4.4.1. Alignment
Note
: The Tx Attenuator Limit alignment applies to APX 8000 models only.
The Tx Attenuator Limit alignment adjusts the attenuator limiting radio PA driver power.
The radio is placed into Test Mode and commanded to transmit at the first Test
Frequency. The output level is measured and then adjusted until near to the band-
specific output level defined by the APX Family Tuner software.
This process is repeated for all test frequencies. The final results are written to the log
file.
