ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 

 
 

1.  Carefully remove the Rollator components from the 

shipping carton.   

 
2.  Examine all parts for shipping damage.  

DO NOT

 

use the rollator if there is apparent damage or if any 
parts (other than the basket) are missing.  If there 
are missing or damaged parts, please call Medline 
Customer Care toll free at 1-800-MEDLINE. 
 

3. 

Lay the Rollator down so that the seat is facing the 
floor. Straighten the legs until the Rollator unfolds. 
 

4. 

Insert front wheel (L) into frame with the front sticker 
located above wheel facing forward. Slide caster in 
frame to the proper height and line up the holes.  
Secure in place using the triangular hand screw (I).  
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.  Repeat this step for the 
other front wheel. 
 

5. 

Insert rear caster (B) into frame and slide up to the 
proper height. (should match the front) The brake 
cable should be lined up on the inside of the frame.  
Secure in place using the triangular hand screw (I).  
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.  Repeat this step for the 
other rear wheel. 
 

6. 

Check all of the wheels to see that they are in good working order and roll freely. 
 

7. 

Turn rollator over and place it upon its wheels. Check that the folding bracket (D) is fully 
extended. Place folding strap on top of vinyl bag. Push the seat down into place. 
 

8. 

Insert the padded backrest (E) so that the padded portion faces the front of the unit.  Push 
down on the buttons on the side of the backrest until the spring pins lock into place. 
 

9. 

Place the basket under the seat. Secure snaps around front and back frame and also 
underneath basket to support rod (J).  
 

10. 

Make sure that the folding strap under seat is placed on top of the basket.
