LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE:

Lubricate the cardan shaft once a week.

Lubricate all slide connectors once a week.

All ball bearings are permanently lubricated.

The chain must be greased every 50 working hours. The machines must be detached.

Take care that no oil or grease falls on the clutch lining.

Grease daily the upper cable roller as required through the lubricating nipple on the turning plate.
SETTING THE BRAKE AND THE FREE WHEEL BRAKE.
It may become necessary to reset the brake after a few hours’ operation.
1. The distance at Pos. 1 must be 30-40 mm. under load. If the distance is less, this should be adjusted with
the two nuts (M10) at Pos 2.
2. The free-wheel brake, Pos 3, should be adjusted as required by tightening the handle.
The free-wheel brake is to prevent the cable drum coasting when the cable is paid
