TURNING
The three-point lift model is fitted with automatic locks, which
allow for turning without the rake being lifted. When the rake is
lifted, the automatic lock takes the middel position, so the rake
is kept straight behind the tractor.
ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTION
Bolts, nuts and special pin's etc. are mounted on the
machine where you need it.
Mount the spindle (pos.17 page 18) in the gearbox (pos.31),
together with counter-lock and lever (pos.20-18).
Mount the wheel fittings (pos. 7-8 page 18). Please note the
difference between right and left! Then mount wheels and
supporting leg. Tree-point hich (pos.17 page 12) is mounted on
the frame (pos.8) and bolt (pos.15) is mounted and locked with
special pins (pos.16).
Mount the long safety brackets (pos.9 page 12) on the main
frame, then mount the 4 safety guard brackets (pos.3 page 14-
16), placing the 2 brackets (pos.3 page14) with a hole through
to the left. When mounting the safety guard (pos.2 page 14-
16), please note that the short end has to be passed through
the square hole in the main frame.
Then mount the swath deflector bracket and the swath deflector
curtain.
Mount the rake arms with pick-up springs (pos.28 page 20) in
bushes (pos.29) using the safety pins (pos.23)

TRANSPORT POSITION
During the transport the rake-arms must be dismantled and
placed in the rake-arm carriers on top of the main frame, the
safety guards must be pushed in and locked.
ORDERING SPARE PARTS
The spare part order must contain the following
information:
1. Machine type.
2. Spare part number and description-possibly
dimensions and number of parts.
LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE
Lubricate PTO shaft after every 10 hours of operation,
and lubricate the indicated lubrication points as and when
required.
Retighten bolts.
The gearbox is filled with 2,8 litres of SAE 80/90 W
gearoil. It should be checked daily and topped up if
necessary.
