Introduction
GT-DKH is heavy duty constructed and is produced for very hard work. It is standard provided with
hydraulic turn able blade, which means that the blade can turn about 270 degrees. It has 3
adjustments possibilities between the three point lift and the beam, so the blade is straight behind the
tractor or it can be offset to the right or the left, for this adjustment the blade just has to be lifted free
of the ground in the 3 point hitch. As extra equipment there can be delivered a hydraulic cylinder for
this adjustment. It also has very heavy wheels with 6
PLY
, which can be floating adjusted with
spindles.
Safety instructions
GT-DKH is measured to level roads, fields and for snow- and ice- clearance and may not be used for
anything else. The owner and the user are responsible for the fact that no unauthorised persons, or
something else, which can be hurt or damaged, are in the working area, when the machine is
working. There can be danger for injuries by adjustment of the blade, and it is therefore very
important to be sure, that there is no one in the machines working area.
Lubrication and maintenance
GT-250DKH / GT-275DKH
&
GT-300DKH is supplied with:
•
5 lubrication nipples at the turning point of the blade.
•
3 lubrication nipples at the turning point of the three point lift.
•
3 lubrication nipples next to the hydraulic cylinder for horizontal adjustment.
•
2 lubrication nipples next to the hydraulic cylinder which rotates the blade and
•
2 lubrication nipples are on the wheel adjustment spindle brackets
•
1 lubrication nipple on each wheel.
It is critical that these positions be lubricated once or twice daily or when required, with good
quality grease.
Mounting of the machine
GT-DKH will sometimes be delivered partially assembled according to the method of transport.
Bolts, nuts and special pin's etc. are mounted on the machine where you need it.
Installations guide

1.
Lubricate turning plate of the blade and shaft, (Ill. 1-1.2)
2.
The frame lowers over the shaft on the blade and the upper side of the turning plate needs
lubrication (Ill. 2-1)
3.
The distance washer’s lays on the turning plate I below mentioned order (Ill. 3 and 4).

2 Pcs 15 mm distance washers

2 Pcs 3 mm distance washers
3.
4 Pcs. 2 mm nylon wear plates
4.
2 Pcs. 15 mm rings with nipples, aware of right/left side.
5.
Tighten it together with 16 Pcs. M20x75 mm bolts, with locknuts.

The support mounting is mounted; the 75 mm shaft has to be angled to mount it from below
(Ill. 4-6).

Mount the hitch and support legs (Ill. 5/7)
6.
Mount the cylinders and draw hoses through hose holders (Ill. 5/7).
7.
All threads and all moving surfaces and bearings needs lubrication when the machine is
assembled (Ill- 5-1 / 7-1 / 8-1).
