Cleaning Instructions
Cleaning Instructions Other Parts
The Cleaning Instructions can be used to clean small gun parts and other reloading equipment and tools. Remember to
follow the instructions on the cleaning solution bottles and
DO NOT use the EZ Sonic Brass Cleaning Solution on non-brass items because it could harm the finish of those items.
If you wish to clean jewelry or other valuable items, make sure the tank and basket are very clean and only use distilled water
as cleaning solutions could damage the finish of your items. Remember to always read the directions and mixture ratios of
EACH cleaning solution you are going to use.

damaged in any manner. Return the unit for
examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

For grounded appliance
– Connect to a properly grounded outlet only. See Grounding Instructions.
This appliance must be grounded. In the event of malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric
current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and
a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with
all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER
- Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. The conductor
with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or without yellow stripes is the equipment-grounding conductor. If repair
or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the equipment-grounding conductor to a live terminal. Check with
a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the
appliance is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance - if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet
installed by a qualified electrician.
This appliance is for use on a nominal 120 V circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch “A”. A
temporary adapter, which looks like the adapter in sketches “B” and “C”, may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle
as shown in sketch “B” if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly
grounded outlet can be installed by a qualified electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug, and the like, extending from the adapter
must be connected to a permanent ground such as properly grounded outlet cover box. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held
in place by the metal screw.

9. Check the brass to determine your level of
cleanliness. Most brass will be clean with 5-20
minutes of cleaning depending on their dirtiness
and level of corrosion. (Remember if you run the
unit in 3 consecutive working cycles let it cool for
15 minutes before starting a 4th working cycle.)
NOTE: Stirring to reposition brass once or twice
during cleaning cycles will ensure all pieces are
thoroughly cleaned.
10. Open the lid and raise the basket out of tank.
NOTE: Let basket sit on top of cleaner and let it drip
excess solution into the tank.
11. Rinse the brass cases in a clean tub of water or
in your sink. Distilled water will help your brass
dry without water-spots.
12. Dry your brass thoroughly before loading.
NOTE: A hair dryer, low-pressure air or dehydrator
can speed up the drying process.
13. When you have finished cleaning your brass,
unplug the unit and drain your unit of the cleaning
solution. Rinse the basket with water, wipe down
the tank with a clean damp cloth and dry the unit
and basket with a clean dry cloth before storing.
