4.Main Body Access and fitting Instructions
Tap Column Access Panel
(1) The Access Panel on the Top of the
Tap Column can be removed by using
the Allen key provided on the 6
security headed bolts.
(2) On the removal of this panel you will
have access to the rear of the taps.
Whereby you can service or change
either the hoses or Taps when
required.
To Service/Refill the Soap Dispenser units.

Warning:
Industrial hand cleaner, natural (organic) fluid soaps
and
cleaners with a high amount of concentrated
components can cause a
rapid abrasion oft he pump mechanism.
Global guidelines for fluid soaps:
pH: 6 - 7,5
Perfume: < 1% (EDTA, NTA) <-
Herbal Oils: < 1% Optimal
Animal Fat: < 1% Viscosity: 1.000 ± 1000mPa.s

Refill bottle:
Remove pump as shown in picture

- Open hexagon socket with Allen key. Half way
round should be enough.

- Remove pump set by lifting it.
3
- Fill bottle maximum to bottom edge of thread.
4
- Fix pump set again. Push until locking sound is
heard.
5
- Tighten hexagon socket carefully.
The hexagon socket is a kind of security screw to
prevent removal of the pump by unauthorized
persons.
Soap:
This dispenser is suitable for standard liquid hand
cleaners and creme soaps.
Preferably use mild, biodegradable synthetic
agents.
Do not use cleaners with abrasive or disinfectant.
Main Body
(1) Securely fix the Top support bracket to the mounting wall. Approx recommended
height of between 1700-1780mm from the floor.
(2)
Mount the Main body on the bracket and mark the position of the 2 lower fixing
hole points. Remove the main body to create 2 more fixing positions and return Main
body onto the bracket and secure in place.
(3)
To
mount the Paper Towel and Soap dispenser to the Main body, align the
corresponding holes and use the six fixing positions with the screws provided.
(4)
To
Secure the basin to the lower part of the Main body, use the six fixing positions
with the screws provided. Make sure that the waste plumbing has been completed
before the lower basin cover is secured in place with the security screws. Use clear
Sanitary Sealant to seal the rear gap between the basin and main body to create a
seamless gap free join.
(5)
Secure the Water Spout and Infra Red sensor to the removable service panel and
connect them to the corresponding solenoid valve and power supply. (Flexible hose
required for water spout). Fix to the main body using the six fixing positions with the
security screws provided.
Main Body
(1) The lower larger Access Panel can
be removed by using the Allen Key
provided on the 10 security
headed bolts.
(2) On the removal of this panel you
will have access to the internal
copper pipe work and manifold.
As well and the waste and Trap.
Whereby you can service or
change either the hoses or Trap
when required.
(3) The manifold has a 22.0mm push
fit connector as its base to enable
the installer to connect their pipe
work to.
