INSTRUCTIONS

2.1

Installation

Installation may only be performed by an authorized Franke specialist.

Tasks

– Unpack the device
– Check that the required free space (50 mm) has been left behind the de-

vice

– Check the electrical power connection
– Connect connection lines and connection hoses
– Attach the device
– Connect the power supply
– Switch on the device
– Put the device into operation with the coffee machine

2.2

Function

The cooling unit has the following functions:

– Keeping the milk cool
– Displaying the milk temperature
– Preventing unauthorized access via a lockable door

2.3

Function of the FoamMaster

The FoamMaster has the additional following functions:

– Warming milk for the beverages
– Creating milk foam
– Automatic cleaning of the milk system
– Automatic monitoring of the fill levels
