Daily start-up of the coffee machine

Filling the coffee bean hopper

Objects in the coffee bean hopper or grinder may splinter and be
ejected, leading to damage to the machine or injury.
Never put any objects in the coffee bean hopper or grinder.
Never poke around in the coffee bean hopper or grinder with any
object.
Close the coffee bean hopper.
Pour in coffee beans.
Open the coffee bean hopper.
Risk of scalding
from hot water, splatters and
hot steam.
Do not touch the outlets or
the area under the outlets.
Point the steam wand down-
wards.
The Evolution Plus is ready for
operation.
Add coffee beans and milk, if
necessary.
The Evolution Plus automati-
cally vents the boiler system
while heating.
Switch on the Evolution Plus
using the On/Off button.
