Installation instruction for models (DC 97 P-DG 97 P)

Measure the width of the side panel (S) of the kitchen unit (normally 16, 18 or 20 mm).

16 side panel:

 on each mounting bracket (F) install 2 lugs (T) marked with the number

18 side panel:

 and on each mounting bracket (F) install 2 lugs (T) marked with the number 

18

20 side panel:

 the 20 mm side panel does not require the use of lugs.

Position the brackets (F) against the unit’s side panel on the base supporting the oven.

Secure the brackets (F) with the screws (V). Fit the oven into the unit, fully open the door and secure it to the

brackets (F) using the 4 screws (V) and 4 plastic spacers (D).

Fit the appliance into the unit; secure

the oven to the unit with the 4 pro-

vided screws through the holes in its

side panels.

If the oven is to be fitted beneath a

cooktop, first rotate the cooktop

mount (R) to the right or left to allow

the oven to enter correctly.

Connection to the mains

Your FRANKE oven is provided with a three-wire power cable with free terminals.

The oven can be connected to the domestic mains power supply as follows:

- junction box

the power cord must be equipped with an omni-polar power switch with air gap between the contacts of at

least 3 mm

- plug (mains socket)

a) must be suitable for a 16A current

b) must be accessible

c) must be closed or located in such a manner that live components are not accessible when fitting or

removing the plug

d) the plug must be capable of being fitted into the socket without difficulty

e) once the plug has been fitted into the socket, the oven must not exert any force on the plug when in-

stalled in the unit

f) do not connect the terminals of two appliances to a single plug

g) make sure to observe the polarities of the free terminals

(Brown = Live - Blue = Neutral - Yellow Green = Earth)

N.B.: Make sure that your domestic power rating (voltage, maximum power and current) is compatible with

your FRANKE oven.
