21. Replacing the Non-return Valve
Warning!
All non-return valves must always be replaced as a group.
Failure to observe can result in an increased bacterial load in drinking water and cause
a health risk or even risk of death.
21.1
Remove the stainless steel housing (see
21.2
Loosen the union nut (b).
21.3
Remove the hoses (a).
21.4
Remove the existing seals (c).
21.5
Using appropriate pliers for inward circlips, remove the circlip (d).
21.6
Using the special tool (FAR Order No. 82-W35-02.04) or a bent wire, pull the non-return
valves (e) out of the function block.
Optional:
Fittings with optional thermal disinfection have a third non-return valve.
21.7
Use a hollow hexagon wrench to unscrew the closure (f).
21.8
Remove the spacer (g).
21.9
Using the special tool (FAR Order No. 82-W35-02.04) or a bent wire, pull the non-return
valve (i) out of the function block (i).
Caution!
Observe the installation direction of the non-return valves.

Reassemble in the reverse order.
22. Changing the Solenoid Valve Cartridge
22.1
Remove the stainless steel housing (see
22.2
Disconnect the line connection between the solenoid valve cartridge and the
electronic module.
22.3
Loosen the screws (a).
22.4
Remove and replace the solenoid valve cartridge (b).
22.5
Reassemble in the reverse order.
