To calculate an international rate:

1. Press the "C/CE" key until
you see the "READY
SCREEN" as shown at
right. NOTE: If this screen
does not appear, press the
"COURIER" key and select
"U.S.P.S."
2. Place your mail on the
weighing platter and press
the "INTERNATIONAL" soft
key.
3. Press the "AIR LETTER"
soft key. The display will
prompt for a country code.
4. Use the numeric keypad to
enter the country code for
your letter's destination
from Appendix B. (In this
example, the country code
is 137 for Canada.) After
entering a valid country
code the calculated rate will
appear.
