Analog quantity work mode

The IP MODEM has 2 analog quantity ports in all, IO4, IO5. These ports are corresponding with
pin 11, pin 12. IP MODEM will gather the data of the analog quantity port as the MODBUS
commond when the analog quantity work mode is One-time colletion and the Modbus work mode
is Network RTU.
