• My watch isn’t responding to any button presses. What should I do?

Turn your watch off and then turn it back on by completing the
following steps:
1. Simultaneously press and release
Next, Enter,
and
Light.
This turns
the watch off.
2. Wait a few seconds, and then simultaneously press and release
Previous, Enter,
and
Next.
It will take several seconds for the watch to power on, and then a watch
face appears. If your watch still doesn’t respond to any button presses,
call the Fossil Customer Service at (toll free) 1-866-375-4832.
• I activated the MSN Direct service, but my watch isn’t receiving any of the
information I selected. What should I do?

You may not have received the activation and configuration message that
was sent when you activated the service. This can happen if you were
outside an MSN Direct coverage area, or if you were temporarily in an
area where reception is poor. You can instruct the MSN Direct service to
resend the configuration message by going to www.direct.msn.com and
clicking the link to resend the configuration message.
