6. Scooter Status and Settings
The main view of the display shows the battery indicator, speedometer, gear (1
–
3), and the odometer or
another option picked by the user. The display is equipped with a backlight.
If the battery level is low, stop riding, turn off the scooter, and fully recharge the battery. Riding the scooter
with a low battery level causes the scooter performance to fall and decreases its acceleration, speed, and
braking efficiency. It also reduces the lifetime of the battery.
Four icons are not visible in normal circumstances but appear under failure conditions:
–
Top row: brake failure, motor failure, handle failure. Try restarting the scooter. If it does not resolve the
issue, contact the customer service.
–
Second row: system failure. In the event of a system failure, stop using the scooter immediately and
contact the customer service.
To access the settings, press and hold the Gear Up and Gear Down buttons simultaneously. Then press
the ON/OFF button to browse the settings. Adjust with Up and Down buttons. To exit the settings, press
and hold the Up and Down buttons simultaneously.
Available settings: P01: Units; P02: Cruise control on/off; P03: Zero-start with the throttle on/off; P04: Tire
size in inches.
