Finger guard
Finger guard made of PP. All descriptions on the finger guard and the graduation on
the scale are lasered to be indestructable.
Volume setting system
Easy-to-use volume setting system with fine adjustment for calibration. Suitable to
be used by left- and right-handers.
Dispensing cylinder
Integrated glass cylinder, vacuum-calibrated and plastic coated, with stopper ring.
Graduation amber stain diffused.
Valve block
Valve block made of PP. FIX Adapter.
Valves
Intake and discharge valve made of PP. Cristal valve balls. Hastelloy metal spring
in discharge channel.
Dispensing piston
Dispensing piston made of precision ground glass.
Discharge tube
Integrated discharge tube made of PP. For safety reasons the discharge tube can
not be taken apart. Red stopper cap made of PP.
IV. Handling
1. Assembling / Filling
Before using the dispenser please check the dispenser
for any damages or glass breakage.
Push intake tube over the hose connection of the PTFE
valve block.
Screw dispenser direct onto containers with thread GL
32 or use adapters to fix on any other threads or ground
joint necks. Check the correct fitting. The dispenser can
be turned on the flask and fixed in any direction by using
the built-in FIX adapter.
