TROUBLESHOOTING
If the humidifier is not working, please check the following items carefully before contacting the
services center:

Indicator is OFF,
with no mist
1.Power plug not inserted well
2.Power switch not turned on
Insert the power plug well
The red indicator
is on, with neither
mist nor wind
No or too little water in the water
tank
Fill water into the water tank

Open the water tank cover, place the
water tank to a shady and cool place
for 12 hours
Dirty Water or the water has been
there for too long
Wash the water tank and the water
groove and change the water

Take off the air outlet cover. Immerse
it into water before operation

Ambient humidity is high; mist
cannot be diffused and cannot be
absorbed by air sufficiently. The
water will be accumulated around
the humidifier
Decrease the humidifying capacity
properly (especially operating the
humidifier at night). If use air
conditioner or fan to accelerate
indoor air flowage, humidifying effect
will be better.
