Stop using
Foods can be preserved for a couple of hours even in summer in case of power failure; it is
recommended to reduce the frequency of opening door and do not put fresh foods into the
freezer compartment.
Please unplug the refrigerator left unused for a long time for cleaning. Keep the door open
to avoid bad odour.
Before moving the refrigerator, please remove all items in the refrigerator and fasten the
glass partitions, fruits and vegetables crisper with tapes to prevent the door opens during
displacement.
Do not turn it upside down, horizontally place or vibrate the refrigerator, the carrying angle
cannot be greater than 45°.
Continuous operation is recommended when the refrigerator is started. Please do not
move the refrigerator under normal circumstances so as not to affect the
refrigerator's service life.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The following situations are not malfunction:
The sides of the refrigerator will be heat up while the condenser is working, but this will
not influence the cooling performance.
As the temperature of the compartment will be high when the refrigerator is just started,
it will take a span of time to decrease the temperature.
It is normal for the surface of the compressor to get hot in normal working condition. Do
not touch it.
The water flowing sound is actually the refrigerant (cooling gas) flowing. It is normal.
Condensation may form on the outside when the humidity is high. It is normal.
Tips
The refrigerator enclosure may emit heat during operation especially in summer; this is
caused by the radiation of the condenser, and it is normal.
Condensation: condensation will be detected on the exterior surface and door seals of
the freezer compartment when the ambient humidity is high, this is normal, and the
condensation can be wiped away with a dry towel.
Airflow sound: Refrigerants circulating in the refrigerant lines will produce eruption of
sound and grunts which is normal. It will not affect the cooling effect.
Buzz: Buzz will be generated by running compressor especially when starting up or
shutting down.
Clatter: The solenoid valve or the electric switch valve will clatter, which is normal and
will not affect the operation.
The fresh food compartment will periodically frost and defrost (water drops will be
generated on the backside of the fresh food compartment when defrosting). It is normal.
