Note:
User adjustments to the speed and direction are only available in the manual program.
Direction
The pedals on the stepper can be set to go forwards, or backwards.
To change the direction, press the DIRECTION button on the control panel or remote.
Mode
Pressing the MODE button changes what is seen on the display. The light indicator next to
each mode will illuminate when the display is showing the corresponding related
information. These include the following:
Remote battery replacement

This remote requires x2 AAA batteries to power it.

To replace the batteries, take off the back cover of the remote and remove the old
batteries.
• Taking note of the polarity markings, insert the new batteries into the remote. Place
the battery cover back on.
SCAN
Displays the codes of the various functions of the stepper.
TIME
Displays the amount of time that has elapsed in the current session.
DISTANCE
Displays the equivalent walking distance in the current session in metres.
SPEED
Displays the current speed.
COUNTER
Displays the accumulated pedals made.
CALORIE
Displays the number of calories burned in the current session.
