TOP TIP: 

Use measuring tape to measure out 2 

equal lengths & cut with a sharp knife. Hammer the 

tacks into the felt. Add the tacks at 150mm intervals.

Screw the OSB Roof Sheets

 into position as 

shown below into the frame and Central Roof 

Beam. Ensure not to screw into the overhang 

section of the roof.

Measure out 2 equal lengths 

and overlap it on 

the top, around the edges and 

fold the corners

tack to keep secure. 

Ensure 50mm at the bottom 

and work from the bottom to the top.

Secure the Fascias

 with screws as shown below. 

Ensure to screw the Fascias into the framework 

behind.

CAUTION

Ensure you screw into 
the Central Roof Beam 
underneath.

Z-BRACKET

PREPARATION

Before placing the OSB Roof Sheets onto the roof,

 screw 

the Roof Support Strip 

along the edge of the OSB Roof 

Sheet. Ensuring it is flush to the edges. Add one strip onto 

each sheet as shown below. The strip will be the same 

length as one side of the sheet.

PREPARATION:

 Attach the 

Z-brackets onto the face at both 

ends on the 

Central Roof Beam

 

as shown below. The beam 

should be flush to the Z-bracket.

ATTACHMENT:

 Screw the Z-brackets 

onto both 

of the Triangular Pent Section frames 

to secure 

the 

Central Roof Beam

 as shown below. Use the 

measurements provided. Ensure you are measuring 

to and from the Central Roof Beam and the inner 

wall panel frame shown below.
