Removing Chair Covers (continued)

8.  Using a 5/32” hex key, remove the screws (2) 

  on the side covers. 

9.  Remove upper rear cover.

  CAUTION: A wire is connected to the memory button. Be sure not to pull cover completely off

  before performing the next step.

10.  Disconnect the memory button wire connector by pressing the release clip. Remove upper rear cover.

11.  Using both hands, spread the plastic cover and pull outward to lift cover over bolts.

Rear Pivot Mount Kit

1.  Reconnect chair to mains power.  

  Position the chair’s base in a 

  comfortable working position.  

  Disconnect chair from mains power.

  NOTE: Skip rear pivot mount kit  

  installation if chair is pretubed.

  NOTE: Recessed holes must be    

 

  facing upward. 

2.  Attach the rear assistant mount to the    

  platform below the chair brake with two    

  shoulder screws. Tighten in place using   

  a 1/4” hex key.

CAUTION: Apply one 

drop Loctite 243 to 

screw threads.

CAUTION: Grease bearings.

1.  Install rear adapter main bearings using illustration above.

2.  Proceed to routing drain/suction line.

1.  Install rear adapter main bearings using illustration above.

4.  Route umbilical down lift frame and  

 

  through umbilical guides.

5.  Route umbilical between solenoid manifold and hydraulic fluid reservior.

1. Remove plug from upper rear cover.

2. Route umbilical through upper rear cover.

3. Rest upper rear cover on chair platform.
